Other: He was involved at Prin. Lahainaluna Seminary from 1831-1842 and was the Seamen's Chaplain in Lahaina, Maui until 1845. He also spent time in Goverment service in Honolulu. Mr. Andrews was author of a Hawaiian Dictionary and a Grammar, and assisted in the early translation of the Bible.
